    Future lies in Nanotechnology

difffgear_povrayNanotechnology - also called Nanotech - as per popular literature is a field whose theme is the control of matter on an atomic and molecular scale. Generally nanotechnology deals with structures of the size 100 nanometers or smaller, and involves developing materials or devices within that size.
Extremely diverse from novel extensions of conventional device physics, to completely new approaches based upon molecular self-assembly, to developing new materials with dimensions on the nanoscale, even to speculation on whether we can directly control matter on the atomic scale, Nanotechnology is creating wonders and analysts say that future lies in Nanotechnology.

Nanotechnology has powers once thought possible only in the space-age. Imagine the particles created through nanotechnology are making our pants resist stains and wrinkles and helping windows in our homes miraculously clean themselves. How neat it is if socks and jock straps do not get smelly. Products created through Nanotechnology are probably already a part of your life, even though you may not know it. Or they soon will be. Scientists in America announced lately that that they are working on an invisible, electromagnetic cloak that can bend light around itself. Will it makes armored tanks invisible?

While nanotechnology means that such materials can do things never before thought possible, critics are warning that not nearly enough is known about how these altered materials might affect the human body and the environment.
Evolution in Nanotechnology will change life for everyone. And it seems that the future holds no bounds.
